4 months before I got the chance to use piaggio vespa lx 125 scootter. It is 125 cc scootter. But I got very dissapointed with this scootter's performance.
Disadvantges
1 high price. When comparing to other scootters its price is very high.Its price is comparable to 150 cc or 180 cc bikes.
2 mileage. It gives only 35 kilometer per 1 litre petrol. Its very low comparing to other scootters. "Activa" of honda and "Ray" of yamaha gives above 45 kmpl.
- Comfort. Drivers comfort while is just okay. But the backseater have to sacrifice alot. Its very hard sit in back seat and to travel more than half an hour.
4 Road grip. The tubeless tyre of this scootter is very poor in road grip. Chances to get slip in road is great.
- Maintainance. Its maintainace is very costly. And the availibilty of its spare parts is poor. We have to wait min one and half month to get its spare parts even from its company service centre in cities.
Advantage: Its appeal. It has sexy look. All will fall in love with this scootter at first sight
Overall I wont recommend this scootter to anyone. It wont perform according to its huge price.
