Hello guys I am going to review on this product which is Philips HL 1632 500 w mixer grinder and juicer too.
First of all I am very irritated with this product because this product is very sound producing and not working so much and if you want to grind anything then water from the jars come out while using this.
When I had bought this product it was very good looking product but when I used this, water from the jars came from it while using this grinder.
The jars are very bad because I had to make again and again for using in my kitchen and the juicer part is ready weak. I replaced two jars and three parts of juicer in 3 years because the jars where broken that can't made and juicer part where broken while cleaning it it's performance is very bad but looking is grid that's why it attracts the customer but very irritating product that anyone can't buy it more due to its performance.
The service of this product is good but in the warranty period in the service man came two times. It's coil was burnt a time.
If you want to grind less then you are unable to grind from this jar because spices can't Grind when it is less. It come to its cap.
It has a more fault i.e. the auto cut problem is more while grinding juicing and mixing for more than 5 minute.
This product is not for commercial use I think it's a waste of money because we can buy a very better product in the half of its money.
It has a more demerit which is while grinding on mixing its blade opens which is very dangerous to the man whho is using it.
So we can say that it is not user friendly product because it can harm us.
The customer service is good they come to us within 48 hours and resolve the problems in 7 days.
Lastly I want to say that we can buy better product like Maharaja or Bajaj in 1700 only which is very good while using this was product of rupees 2500 and above.
