I purchased this food processor in the month of Dhanteras and got a discount on it but it is not of worth and I have experienced very badly with this juicer mixer and grinder. I when I saw a price of this juicer mixer then I realised that I was cheated and they taken more amount from me instead of giving discount.
I get annoyed and started using it in every possible manner but not much days. After passing 1 month in summer, when I am making a mango shake then the juicer is fluctuating and automatucally it stopped. I contacted customer care which is in Frazer Road, Patna then, they refused to send technician and asked me to bring the product at their location. I carried it with hassle and seen that the customer care centre is closed that day. I saw that the notice is pasted that the centre will be closed for 10 days.
I got anger and get it repaired by an professional electrician and also found that the blades are not sharp enough to grind properly. I will suggest not to purchase it.
