This boom box system from Philips is quite an all rounder. It plays Audio CD, MP3, has radio, plays tape, has a USB interface to play music from the pen drive. And most importantly it allows you to record from the cassette tape onto the USB in MP3 format. Once on the USB, it takes a min to burn it on the CD in a computer. Round about 16 tapes can be burnt on 1 MP3 CD. Also got a compact remote control to operate the USB and the CD.
The quality of recording is very good. Also radio can be recorded onto the USB. Very very compact neat product. Picked it up at the Philips Arena showroom in Jayanagar, bangalore. The sales guy was also very helpful. Would definitely recommend it to someone looking for a compact boombox. For people having a collection of old cassette tapes this product is heavenly.
