Basically today I will tell you the difference between both engines of the car.
1.) Petrol cars work on the SI Engine(Spark Ignition) & Diesel work on CI Engine(Combustion Ignition) .
2.) Petrol cars are light in weight due to lesser weight of the engine whereas Diesel cars are comparatively heavier in weight.
3.) Petrol cars have mileage around 18-20km/ltr and Diesel cars have 20-24km/ltr.
4.) But, Diesel cars have higher maintenance cost as compared with Petrol cars.
5.) In terms of pickup, Petol cars have higher pickup due to less weight of car whereas diesel have low pickup due to heavy weight of it.
So, if you are planning to buy a car for yourself always think for what you are purchasing the car.
