Its a gr8 place for having a party time .
Sitting with ur frens n having a taste of
all good scotch .
Its located in the city’s heart and is always filled with a sophisticated crowd
The
music out there is really mind blowing.
Having a taste of imported liquors in this music is really gr8.
The best part of it is that food out there is also marvelous ,as i have a bad habit that whenever i drink then i become hungry like anything.so for me its a really good place and if you also have the same habit then for you too it can be a gr8 place.
What i feel like its the second best place in Cal to have a hot cocktail party.
If drinking is ur passion n u r staying in Cal n u have not yet been to P’Cat then wht all u r waiting for ???Just drive ur cab through Parkstreet n order shooter B54 and chicken Rizala n feel whatever i have written.
