The ad begins with good cinematography but ends with ..... bad acting(duh, its Shahrukh).
I really did not understand the logic of this well what can one say.... BAD, ad.
What does the
ad want to say, that the navels of the girls(theyre good though) start barking on seeing a bottle of pepsi when the girls to whom the navels belong dont give a damn.(they are busy looking at SHAHRUKH).
The same thing happens with the guitar and the floodlights.
Generally pepsi ads without logic score because of a good film per se.
Here the Film in itself sux too.
The only positive in the add is the jingle.
I think the reason for making pepsi more bubbly might be that it has long been termed the baccha drink. So to appeal to the bigs, the might try and make it more thumbsuppish.
This might betray their previous campaign Yeh pyaas hai badi, which aims at thirst more than taste.
I must add Shah Rukh acts better in ads than in films>>>>>.
