Pepsi is one of the popular drink no doubt. I used drink a lot during my hostel time. But the at the end I got problem of fatty liver. It was all due to over drinking of pepsi. Drinking pepsi occasionally does not harm but drinking it regularly damages your liver a lot. Packing of pepsi is very much attractive. It is a close competitor of coca cola. It is suplimentary product for coca cola. If its prices rises than cola then customers are more attracted towards coca cola. Pepsi provides many inscentive schemes. But overall its bad for health. One more thing I have observed is that the pepsi is over carbonated. It also contains caffeine and other artificial flavours which are obviously not good for our body.
Consuming pepsi on regular basis can make you gain a lot of weight.
And most important thing you should know about pepsi is that the colour used for pepsi couses cancer. Pepsi includes lots of glucose. Whenever liver finds lots of glucose it converts it into fats. One more thing I have observed about pepsi is that it damages our teeth by causing cavities.
Pepsi also contains artificial sweeteners which leads to inefficient working of our body.
