Pepsi is not good for health, as it contains high amount of sugar and other preservatives that are harmful to our health . Pepsi also contain high amount of Caffine which pumps adrenaline all over the body and this synthetic increase in the amount of adrenaline and testosterone in the body may lead to many future diseases . So, to avoid acquiring such chronic diseases - one should avoid drinking Pespsi and other such aerated drinks as much as possible . Organic supplements like - Fruit juice, coconut water, etc, can be consumed instead of Pepsi .
