People specially young generation is infatuated with Pepsi,Whether you visit Cinema Halls or got to Mcdonalds or any other food chain outlet you will see Pepsi or Diet Coke almost everywhere.But is this drink good actually?Doctors do not recommend it as they find it unhealthy and strictly prohibited to the children,yet It is selling everywhere.
I personally do not like this drink and in summers we do not use Pepsi or Coke,instead of these drinks we prefer to have Naariyal paani,lemonade,chhach(Buttermilk) or Fruiti etc which are better than Pepsi or Coke.
It is available in Regular,Medium and Large sizes,it could be okay to have it sometimes but its regular and much use can be the main reason of many health problems,so it is good to avoid such drinks as prudent people say- "Prevention is better than Cure."
