Pecos used to be my favorite hangout during my one year stint in Blore when I happened to work for one of the S/W companies. The best part about Pecos was that you could hang out there for long periods
without feeling intimidated by the music like in other louder pubs like Purple Haze or Guzzlers . The music is pretty good, mostly old rock and is kept at a tolerable volume.
It offers a decent ambience, good music, great food and some good beer. I found the place a bit cramped up though and if you have a big group, you may not get to be seated at one table. But the music is well worth it and the food was simply awesome.
Well, some people had commented about the beer. Well, it is okay most of the time. I coudnt find UB draught here, they only seemed to serve KF then. Also they didnt have anything other than beer among alcoholic drinks. But the food was well worth it. If you have a smallish crowd who appreciate good music, decent food do drop in at Pecos. You sure wont be dissappointed.
If you need to make your way there, its just opposite the Guzzlers inn at Resthouse Road, just off from the Brigade road.
