Pears is the soap I have used since I was born. I seem to have made a fuss as a child because I didn’t like the colour of the soap, but very soon I was back to using it. As a teenager, I started
to have problem skin. I am allergic to most soaps and skin care products.
I switched to Pears in a desperate attempt to regain a clear complexion. I tried the oil free version and my skin reacted even more violently than it did to other soaps, but the regular Pears soap worked wonders.
The light lingering fragrance takes me back to my childhood days and opening a new carton is always a pleasure. Each bar lasts for a reasonable period of time and is hence not as expensive a soap as it is made out to be. It is easily available everywhere and is rarely out of stock.
