Travel date: 10th July
Bus was cancelled and informed via message 15 min before the boarding time. We asked for any alternative arrangements. They said we apologize. Refund will be made.
Later checked since I havent received therefund. They say first Ticket was not cancelled later on arguing with them they say alternative arrangements were made.
Because of their last minute I have make my alternative arrangements by paying extra as it was last minute travel and time lost as well. They should compensate for that however they are not even returning my booked amount.
