I haven’t seen a worse bus travels ever than so called “Paulo travels”. They made sure everything that could go wrong went wrong. I don’t understand why do you operate when you don’t have the facility and capability to ensure you fix any issues that occur with your buses.
First of all to begin with the bus had technical issues before we start our journey from Goa to Bangalore but still they had to go-ahead because they had no other replacement bus available. However the bus broke down 100 kms away from Goa at 11.30 in the night in spite of spending 2hrs in the garage with passengers inside! Well the replacement bus arrived at 6 in the morning. Why does it take more than 6hours to get a replacement bus? Why wasn’t any other alternate arrangements done? Going back to my previous question… why do you guys even operate?
To make it worse replacement bus was non-a/c wherein v had booked A/c Volvo sleeper bus and the beds. let’s not even talk about it. Do you guys lack common sense as well with the ability to fix issues. It’s supposed to be a “double bed” not one and a half single bed. You guys should rather call it a single bed and not a double sleeper bed.
Later on the cleaner has the audacity to play songs loudly because he wants to play songs when everyone are trying to sleep! Overall experience was pathetic and we had to spend almost 24hrs in the bus. Thanks to “Paulo travels”
