Extremely unprofessinal and pathetic service from Paulo travels. Travellers please please never ever go with Paulo travels.
I had booked bus from Goa to Pune. The bus seats were stinking, there was no cover on it, The AC ducts were leaking water, to such an extent that one fellow traveller couldn't sit entire night. The siter said Volvo while booking but we got a normal bus which had a very poor suspension, resulted in a lot of back pain.
Never ever in my life will I travel trhough Paulo travels.
