Misbehaviour and rudeness of Driver & cleaner

This is regarding misbehaviour and rudeness of Driver & cleaner which myself & my wife faced while travelling from Goa to Mumbai by Paulo travels.


Requesting you to please read carefully below incident.


Bus details:


Bus code: M33


Bus number:  MH 07 C 9789


When we on boarded the bus in Mapusa at around 8:30 PM we come to know that there is a AC leakage just above our seat.  And it was too cold that we cant even seat there for 2-3 minutes. And cold Air flow was coming directly towards us from somewhere.


For you information all AC holes provided just above window were closed properly and even though cold air was coming from somewhere.


Immediately I told driver about the issue and surprisingly  the cleaner told me(in hindi) "Badmain dekhenge" meaning "we will see later" rudely.


Afer that I came to my seat and started investigating from where exactly the cold air is coming, I quickly realise that it was not coming from Ac holes, It was coming from somewhere else. Again after 15mins I told cleaner to come and check the issue with air flow but he never paid attention.


Again when bus stopped for dinner after two hours, I told cleaner about the issue and he told me(in hindi) "Mera sir ma khavo, jake driver ko pucho" meaning "do not blame me go and ask driver" that is also in very very rude language. I asked driver about same and instead of coming to my seat and checking what exactly the problem is he told me(in hindi) " Aisa nahi ho sakta, kuch bhi mat bolo" meaning "it is impossible that there is Air leakage, do not talk nonsense".


I requested him please do something but there was no response and they started ignoring me


So I asked another driver, he came to my seat and told me in hindi "ye kya faltugiri hai, jake ke seat pe bheto" meaing "What is this non sense,  go and sit on your place"


By this time my wife was suffering form fever and she also vomited twice. I tried helpline numbers they gave me number of person named "Mansur" and after calling Mr. Mansur, he gave me number of some other person but unfortunately it was wrong number. I tried calling Mr. Mansur again but he cut my phone and then his phone was unreachable.


Again I went to driver and cleaner and asked them to take some action for same but no response, I asked there names but they said why you require name. After all this drama My wife and myself have no option to travel  in such pathetic condition. So I purchased two blankets from cleaner for Rs 100.  and went to our seat.


But when I checked with helpline about blanket price, they told me it was for only Rs. 70, so I asked cleaner to return my Rs. 30, but he refused to give me same.


Luckily, I found one insulation tape and newspaper and I started packing each gap from where the cold air flow was coming.

That insulation tape was our life saver.


Meanwhile I took photo of both the Drivers and cleaner for your reference. please see attached images(Driver 1, Driver 2 and cleaner)*(Due to upload limit uploaded only photos of bad bus condition)


When I took there photos, they got scared and just to cover there actions they offered us last seat, when I checked the last seat there was one lady sleeping so I asked cleaner that seat is already occupied then the cleaner took that lady on front seat just beside driver to make room for us, but when we checked the condition of last seat, it was pathetic and by that time I already minimized the Ac flow so we decided to travel on same seat as my wife was suffering from cold and fever.


Also also please see images(Pic 1, Pic 2, Pic3, Pic 4) for whatever packing I did to minimize the leaking Ac air flow.


So overall the bus was in pathetic condition  and cold air was leaking at very high flow.


And these three persons(mostly two drivers and one cleaner) have no manners on how to talk and very rude. specially you can call that cleaner as Gunda. As kept staring at me all the time till I reach Mumbai.
