I feel this review is:
We booked 2 tickets from goa to Hampi with Paulo travels but my partner had vomiting and diarrhoea so he was unfit to travel. I called the agency 24 hours prior and asked them to postpone our ticket for the day after. After agreeing that they availability in the morning I got an email later saying that they have declined our request for postpone but still agreed over the phone later that seats were still available. Their manager Santosh hung up on me without even giving any expLanation and this agency takes advantage as this is the only operator from goa to hampi! Will never book with them! Worst company ever!
