Worse than worse service-
Hopeless management &
"super-intelligent" manager. - nonexistent in Panjim office, doesn't take consumer calls.
Refund - nonexistent - in spite of repeated intimations, by phone, by email - nothing works.
Dumb & dead service.
Never even to think of this travel again.
It's a collection of morons.
Your bus may get cancelled at any time.
They would inform you at eleventh hour.
& still would make you to beg for your own money refund.
Totally irresponsible, arrogant, non-communicable service.
Lesson for us.
