A travellers nightmare.. Review on Paulo Travels, Goa

I had booked bus tickets from Paulo in January 2015. I had heard in past that Paulo is the best travels when booking for bus tickets to Goa. But when I experienced it caused me a nightmare. It was a long weekend in the month of January and we had made our reservations a month ago from Redbus.in. After booking I even called up in Paulo customer care to confirm our bookings and they assured us that its booked.

Just a week before our travel, I received a message from redbus that our bus reservation has been cancelled by the travels. I was very angry and tensed after the message. I called up Paulo customer care and received a very lame excuse for the cancellation. The lady on the call said "the bus which you had booked has some technical issues and hence we had to cancel." They did not give us any other option as well and just cut the call. It was generous of redbus customer care to call us again and give us other options that we went for.

It was a sheer disappointment and I would really never recommend anyone to this travels. They were on the verge of ruining my trip.
