No punctuality at all. They spoiled one whole day because they were almost 8hrs late and had no reasons for it. While we were returning from Goa we had got a message that we will b getting a pickup van and we had got a van different number. No van came and when we called we were informed that we will get the bus directly.
Then came the non AC but and when asked he said Ac bus will be after this but the person on call who was assisting us was asking us to get into the non AC bus which will take us to Panjim from where we will b getting into the AC bus.
Not even the non-ac bus was knowing about it. Only people who had called them came to know and got into the bus and from Panjim, we were supposed to leave by 5:45 which left around 7:15 coz half the members in the bus were waiting at the stop and no one informed them. This is the worst bus. Kindly never board this bus and waste your time, money and mood.
They don't even provide you with the blankets and they have mentioned it saying that it's chargeable and when u ask for it they will be like if we have then we will give. We have limited number of blankets which is nowhere mentioned.
