Me and My friend had optioned for Paulo Travels from Mumbai to goa and my experience with them especially with this route was pathetic.
First of all we wanted the route from thane so we already booked our ticket with this route but just before we were about to pack our bags and ready to go they informed us that your route as been changed and now you need to be present near CST which takes about 1 hour extra time to go there. After calling them many times we got our route to a nearest possible place.
After getting into the bus we encountered with a bunch of peoples who didn't care for any hygiene and cherry on cake some one vomitted inside bus and all that bad smell and noise we had to travel whole night( worst night ever)
They don't bother about anything, one person was smoking inside bus ( imagine all that smoking smell) all I had to tolerate. Just when I thought journey is about to get over they stopped us at a stop which we didn't optioned for and told bus goes only till this stop but after many passengers got angry they agreed to take us to the madgoan stop in goa.
Overall my experience with this route was very bad, Not all paulo travellers will have same experience since it depends on many other factors and your experience might vary.
