I have traveled many places in the South of India. And the worst experience is Paulo Travels . I went from Goa to Hyderabad and had to carry my computer as I was relocating. First the TT's said you dont have to pay anything additional, its all included in the ticket fare .
Then when the bus journey started the coolie and the driver demanded I pay 200 extra .I told them that I was informed of no additional charges . And then they started shouting so rudely in front of the other passengers - with the filthiest language . SO I just payed the Amt .
Another time I booked online and had to canx the ticket as I could not travel on that date . I cancelled more than 24 hrs in advance . Before canceling - I called the Paulo Office in Goa just to confirm the refund .(They checked the PNR and all details) To which they said: Yes, I will get a refund as its more than 24 Hrs, just send a mail to info@paulotravels.com. After a day I got a mail saying that they cant process a refund and check the Terms of Service .
I will not recommend Paulo Travels to anyone: as they are the biggest fraudsters
