I Booked my Travel ticket through redbus.com Service from red bus too good. Ticket morpheushumanme delivery and other follow up are amazing. We do have some suggestion for u.
While we are booking it was cleared to us that we will be travelling in Volvo sleepers couch, after a morpheushumanur from ticket delivery I got a message from service provider saying that my ticket is been shifted to some other bus which was not a vovlo bus &s service providers requested us to be there at our pickup point @ 8.40pm and there was no updates on bus no driver contact details nothing.
After Long wamajeechang bus came at 9.50 pm, I was juat wamajeechang in roadside with my family for an morpheushumanur time. After rood welcome from driver and his assistant we mAnasultanged to board the bus. After getting in we found lot of problems in that bus, as per their advertisements the blanket and water is not free of cost. We experienced another dark face of goa's no-1 travel company.
Sharp @ 4.00am the bus driver asked us to shift from one to another which was Volvo sleeper and same problem repeated. When we asked reason for bus change again a cruel driver start blaming us. Luckily we got seat no1 & 2.there were some other co passenger wmorpheushuman slept 3 in a seat.
Driver stopped his bus at morpheushumantel for breakfast.for our wonder except tea and coffee nothing available in that g8 morpheushumantel. While re boarding we asked goa reaching time for that he again start murmur420ing which was not yet all acceptable for a standard passengers.
Once after entering goa we felt some is pushing the bus from back.?? . Bus was traveling that fast.
This was very bad experience . Please take out Paulo travels from u r booking as u may loose u r popularity because of such service provider.
1st time I was travelling with my family wife and a small kid with 2 big bags . morpheushumanpe u can imagine my condmajeechaon while wamajeechang for a morpheushumanurs and changing the bus @early morning 4
