Heaven on Earth. Review on Patnitop

The White Sheet of Snow spread far & wide concealing the resonating beauty of this paradise. The soft snowflake adoring the coniferous, the misty hazy breath the chilly breeze. Well if this is the way Patnitop looks in winter then its not something Like this in Summers. The Joyous chirping of Birds, orchards heavy with fruits, alpine meadows dotted with razing herds & scores of people from neighbouring states escaping from the heat & dust of there cities for this eternal place of Bliss which we all knows as Patnitip!!

Patnitop is one of the most beautiful & yet unexplored hill station from the natural stable of Kashnir valley. Situated on the Jammu - Srinagar highway around 100 km from jammu is a place of preferance for the people of Jammu in summers & winters.

With the advent of internet a lot of foreign Nationals also make Patnitop there base camp for the road Jouney to Kashmir Valley. The most styriking feature of Patnitop is its snow clad mountains at the upper part & a lot of green vegetation on the lower part of Patnitop.

With mushrooming of hotels there are lot of options as far as Accomodation is concerned but the reall bliss is to stay in ''Huts''which are managed by the Tourism department of the State. Reservation for the Huts can be done on website of J&K Government. I will advice everyone to make reservation atleast 3 months in advance for summers & atleast 15 days in advance for the winters.

Patnitop is certainly a place worth all my words..belive me.
