People suffering from Diabetes too carry them to increase the glucose level in their body. if you visit a huge construction site at teatime ( around 4) and you manage to find a tea stall, see what the workers eat, many of them eat parley-G alone, its the only source of energy for them, some have it with tea some have it with water : ( its okay for them, they do manual work, the burn calories throughout the day so its okay for them to consume it, but, if you are not into major physical work/sport, mind it its amount of calories you can spend by brisk walking for 2 hours, so beware!
