Recently there is lot of hype around Paramount and it is defintely not justified. I have traveled couple of times and right from ticketing did not have a good experience. Courtesy and language was not even comparable to the so called low cost airlines. I traveled with my kid who is usually completely pampered in Kingfisher but did not attract any attention in Paramount - not even an extra chocholate. Food quality was ok, nothing like the gourmet or special things as advertised or commonly quoted. Check in counter was also nothing special and in fact no where we felt special about flying in business class and the tickets werent cheap at all. Dont call this business class by any standard and set wrong expectations with customers. To be fair, you can call this better than Air Deccan. Instead of all this hype and expectations, pay less and get great service in Kingfisher. Kingfisher is one airline where our family felt very special right from ticketing and the very personal service and attention.
