PARAMOUNT AIRWAYS IS FOREMOST.

I would like to give a review of PARAMOUNT AIRWAYS, this is my personal travel experience with
them, I booked my ticket thru Embassy Travels - Chennai.

They faxed me the printed out ticket
copy of flight no.17508 from BLR - HAL, that is the airline code for Bangalore to Hyderabad.

05Mar2007 was the date of travel, Take off was 20:40hrs and landing 21:40 hrs, allowed baggage
as stated on the ticket was 30 kgs. This was a trip of 45 to 50 minutes, I was not worried about
window seat and also our favorite booking agency do their job well. I did not enquire at the
counter for issuance of boarding card for window seat.

On my arrival to airport main gate there was a lady receiving passengers like a good host, she
asked me Paramount Airways, I nodded, she showed me to the baggage receipt counter, they asked me the ID card, there is a statement declared on the top of my ticket, that passenger must
present ID card for verification before boarding. I had this inconvenience, I have my visiting
card only with myself, no ID card. People like me who work abroad are very much at a loss of
information like this. We come down on vacation, we only bother with pertinent things, I don’t
even have a voter ID card, nobody issued it to me. Anyway there should be some automatic system
of posting by mail these type of important papers. Anyway I passed the identification test
outlined by the lady and took my boarding card. It was quick and breezy, there was no waiting
line at all, I was reminded of 5 star hotels they try not to take long when checking in. This
was facilitated by the Host lady who received me at the airport. Along with the boarding card
they gave me a free food voucher, they called it snack voucher.

This is a promotional PARAMOUNT AIRWAYS were having for the passengers, the Sheraton hotel’s
restaurant was just upstairs near the departure area, I had some snacks there were many people
enjoying various snacks all were PARAMOUNT AIRWAYS passengers, I finished my can of PEPSI and passed the security check, sat in the waiting area for about 30 minutes, I had a chance to see
many passengers moving around waiting for announcement of their flight departures, I saw some
group of Japanese business people, they had a Indian counterpart with them traveling to
Hyderabad.

The airplane was Brazil made, it had Latin features to it, I was surprised at the volume of
passengers and the traffic between Bangalore and Hyderabad, there were no vacant seats in the
aircraft, the plane was airy and look quiet comfortable, the fabrics and colours were all very
light colours, it was relaxing and decent. The plane reminded me of JLo and Rickey Martin the
built of the plane resembled them, it is not possible but it reminded me.

There were only 6 First Class passenger seats and the rest of the seats were U class, the
first class seats had foot rester and good leg space, it the seat itself looked like a mini bed
the seat was very thickly foamed up, our U class seats were ok and new, with clean covers
in pleasing colours, hand rest were grippy to touch and ok, the cabin male crew were well built
their muscles were visible from under their shirts. I saw a good looking north Indian girl
air hostess, she was the one who gave us security demonstrations, the public utility
announcements inside the aircraft were flawless and I could not find fault with accent or the
script, it was ok for most of my time spent inside the aircraft.

I go by the most important criteria to judge a airways is the baggage retrieval system on the
arrival, this was fairly breezy, what with the tired passenger eager to go to his home, this
point is very important, I got my baggage fast and bid my adios to the sight of Brazilian
aircraft, the walk line inside the craft bends to our right when you enter the U class area.

I am happy to be back home and I am thankful that Paramount Airways was the medium of my travel Paramount Airways toll free number : 18001801234. Their feedback email :
