I’ve flew on all major airlines in India and Paramount has been a reall great experience. I’ve had my share of woes with other airlines but none with this one.

First of all, the valet(they call themselves customer relationship agent or something similar) who guides you through checkin. They greet you with a smile and help you with your luggage.

Checkin is a breeze - One personal rant is that whenever I ask for an upgrade they turn it down, but that is just personal.

Legspace is very good and seat width is best among airlines I’ve flown.

The onboard food is great (the drink they provide is cocunut water- a novelty) and the service provided by the air-hostesses is good.

Punctuality is good-though i was delayed once, it was the case with all flights that day due to fog in New Delhi Airport.

All in all, a great flying experience.
