I travelled BLR-MAA on Nov-24 and I have been thinking of writing a review since then....
I was absolutely delighted by all aspects of the young airline.
Even before reaching the airport,
I was so happy with their web check-in. So user friendly and I did my checkin and got a window seat.
The people at the check-in desk were so friendly and greeted with a pleasant smile. They replaced the Boarding Pass that I printed with another and I was accompanied by a person all the way up to the lounge...
The flight was on time and it was a new embrarer jet. The interiors were plush with the best in class leg room and leather setas.
Ever since I got on to the flight, the flight attendants were very friendly and listening. They had a real smile and they greeted everyone plesantly.
It was a smooth and silent flight between Bangalore and Chennai and landed there on time.
The food....wow!!! That was the best food that I ever had in a flight journey... particulary the fish curry and the dessert!!!
I would also like to cite another example to let everyone know how responsive they are to their customers... I had filled up a Feedback Form during the flight in which I had mentioned about some incorrect info in the website about the flight timings. I was totally surpised when I got a response call back from them after a week or so... The Customer Service officer called me up to clarify that the info was correct and how to interpret that. I have done several feedacks earlier and this is the first time Im get a response for my customer feedback.
Now that Paramount has launched a BLR-CJB service and increased the CBE-MAA service, I hope to travel Paramount more frequently....
