I found that the place is good because of upcoming project not having enough place to use but its ok. The parties which are known to all like 31st tandev is the biggest party in maharashtra. The best pub in asia area51 is the best place to feel the luxuries life in pune.
In area 51 one can feel the real night life which can not be imagine in this calm city. all above reviews are not that much bad actually the forthcoming project is awesome and worth for joining pancard clubs.
