It was really bad experience with the membership of Pancard club. I bought a membership for 3 years. I never had a holiday. But the sales and marketing people in pancard club pune are careless and not customer centric. There was 10 EMIs to be deducted from my account and they have cut 11 EMIs.
When I followed for the refund nobody is there to answer. Its already 3 Months but not yet get my money back. their customer care was even harassing me by calling and asking me to convert that extra money in yearly maintenance cost. But why do I pay that when I never used their services.
Pancard is not ready to accept their mistake.
