I got my TV serviced on 02.08.2010 with the payment of Rs-1300 which is 13 month old from panasonic authorize service center "Charchco Electronics India Pvt Ltd" in burdwan, W.B.-713101.Well taking it back to hame I am seeing it is not responding properly to remote..I called them they told me to bring remote.I took it to them they tested it..I took it back with same problem.
After that I have called them 5 times the customer care girl who is very short tempered says I shall call after discussing it to technical person then never call back.She never listen to the problem properly.If we repeat any word she shout like mad and says"Dekhchhi Bollam to".She even misbehaved with my elder brother who is an eminent doctor and super of Burdwan medical college.
