We are almost in the middle of winter. Remember the first splash of cold water on your face and you get a hair-raising experience. Beard becomes stiff and wants to go for a war with the sharp blades. Ultimately, it hurts!
So, easy remedy: use warm water during winter. It helps to soften the offshoots! This is what I used to do with my Gillete Mach 3 system till last week. So, whay am I writing this review for something else. Because I found something much better for myself!
I purchased this product from Hyderabad when I was on a vacation trip with my friends. It’s the Panasonic Shaver cum trimmer. It’s pretty awesome. Let me explain in more detail.
Let me quickly run through a short comparison to products in the similar league and solving the purpose. This is my first electric shaver. I was using Gillette Mach3 Turbo before this. My brother has a philishaver(3 rotating heads). The reason I chose Panasonic ES4036 is because of the comfort it offers while doing its job. Compared to the 3 rotating-head philishaver, it has got a better and wider skin contact. This gives it the unique advantage to do its job quickly; without a flaw!
Its other features:
Trimmer: Its quite efficient and cuts through hair quickly. So, if have a week-long beard, its better to trim it first before going for the wipe-out.
Washable: The heads can be washed very easily. Its like using a Gillette shaving system; but with far better performance.
Cord/Cordless Operation: So, if you are on the move and want to clean-up for that perfect look, you can go for it! After you are done with it, you can top-up the battery at your convenient time. Its got a capacity for 36 minutes of continuous operation. Good enough to complete 2 shaves(elaborately)!
Ergonomic Design: Its great to hold and moves easily on the face contour. It gives the flexibility to apply variable pressure on the skin when I am shaving.
Dry and Wet Shaving: Its equally good with shaving foam as it is in the dry mode. Its too gentle to hurt even in dry mode. But, its effective!
Overall, it’s a kool product to own and use. It doesn’t leave rashes anymore on my sensitive facial skin. Its great value for money. Think of going for it!
