I purchased two Panasonic Air Conditioners from a big store in Delhi. Earlier I was satisfied with its performance but then suddenly one night, one of the AC stopped cooling. Then the next day, their technician told that there is some issue with that product and we will have to pay amount of Rs 5000 for repair.
I spoke to the executives regarding faulty installation but even that was not useful to me.
Panasonic installation service is pathetic. The customer service is also extremely poor.
Some of the features are that it has Capacity of1.5 Ton, 3 Star Rating, Power of 1730 W, Power Requirement is AC 230 V and it also has Auto Restart feature and Anti-bacteria Filter. Indoor Noise Leve is High - 46 dB, Low - 41 dB.
The range of programs is also just ordinary. There is nothing so unique.
The anchors and hosts are also not so good.
I would not recommend it to anyone.
