Never buy this brand any product last year I bought a window PANASONIC AC from SARGAM ELECTRONICS fateh nagar(tilak ngr)shoip owner gives best schemes like if we buy we get family dinner by panasonic company but after registeration no reply when open firstly it broken( from the shop where we get it)we made a complaint several technician came and take the part and never installed new part till today now we complaint for free service but after about 50 hrs. no one has contacted us.
PANASONIC SERVICE IS VERY POOR.
