Hello,
I have Purchased Panasonic AC from TMC Hyderabad in feb 2014 and getting regular services on time with the registered servicing centre.
after completing one year I need to fill in the gas, in the second year I need to get the buffing for the indoor unit coil and filled in gas in Aug 2016, now since 5 days I not able to use my Air conditioner due the above said leakage of Indoor Unit again.
I have logged a complaint to customer care with complaint number /service req num R160417125883 on sunday i.e 16th April 2017, after several followups, there technician came and said about the leakage due to my urgency I took the unit and handovered at the service center in yerrgadda hyderabad office, I tried reaching the service center owner Named kiran on 9246880209 and 9849833371 for more that 25 time since yesterday and no response till now.
This is the worest service that I see in hyderabad.
