I will suggest you people to buy panasonic Airconditioner having an economic air conditioner I have purchased Panasonic one tonne split ac in 2013 by just looking at price and brand image .It worked well so far, except that no one tracked eligible free services in first year .
Now cooling has stopped and for last 3 days I am trying to log a call but their cal center always coming up with standard answer, *"Systems are updating and hence currently not available, we shall call back once systems are available", * it is going on since Friday and today is Sunday, yet I am unable to calls .
Also I have been using Whirlpool split AC for 4 years, Godrej for 7 years, have not experienced such cooling issues within 2 years unlike the Panasonic ones .
I think they are greatly compromising on quality .
Beware - take decisions on overall life and performance, rather than because of price
