I bought an AC in M/s. Amphitech associates in 2013. My AC stopped working 7 back. As the compressor is under the warranty I've made a complaint on 27th may as the AC compressor is not working. Someone from CS team handled the call and promised the service will be attended in 24hrs. Was waiting the whole day at home expecting the arrival of technician, he not turned up. Again on monday he returned morning and said he can't repair the ac unless it is bought from M/s. Rathna fan house. Again after so many hurdles cal'd the customer centre back and Divya the executive given the phone number of Mr. Sahayaraj.
After so many attempts finally grabbed him over the phone, he requested me to send the address details, which I texted him later, again for calling his confirmation, he given an another guy no younis. Mr. Younis promised to send his technician today which failed to do it.
Again the same process, cal'd the CS. Mr. Shamir handled the call and escalated the issue to another desk. Mr. Karthik pandian from central team contacted me with generous and made connected my call to M/s. Amphitech Associates. Mr. Meganathan cal'd me back saying the charge will be 2500INR for refilling and 1000INR for transportation. As I was talking to him, he argued in a better cheap way saying my service can't be attended and also can make a complaint wherever I knows.
One thing am sure as the machine is under warranty why cant they install the compressor alone so that I can charge the gas with my vendor. Just check below line my designation and also for your information I handle the category so far called AC and Appliances in my company. Literally they buy the gas on the shops will be of 400INR per kg and will they sell it for 2500INR and carrying the compressor will be 1000INR?
I don't want to steal a labor cost, but the charge they communicate should be reasonable.
