Avoid PNBHFL, Worst Service and commitment. Review on PNBHFL - PNB Housing Finance

These guys would get first prize for cheating and making false promises to customer. I have brought the home from a seller who has existing loan with LIC.  On the day we were planning for registration, PNBHFL informs us that  cheques are not ready there fore registration cant be done( Both seller and myself applied for leaves).  WE have postponed the registration to next week, this time PNBhFL didnt handover the LIC loan clearnce cheques to Seller and asked to register the property on my name. How would any one in the world do the registration in favour of buyer with out taking cheques? The Initial promise from the PNBHFL was they would handover the cheques before registering the property but they didnt? On requesting multiple times seller finally regsitered the property on my name as he trusted me, The final twist comes to me when PNBHFL guys given the cheques only towards LIC loan clearnance but they didnt give the Seller share cheque.  When approached them they would say that, Sellers contribution cheque will be given on the same day and time when they recieve the Original docs from LIC.(why make a false promise?)  After handing over the Original docs, now they say they have to verify it and give the cheque to seller after 2 days, still waiting to get those cheques. I cant trust these guys, not sure when the seller would recieve the cheque, Regretting my decision of choosing PNB. Inaddition to all these hassles they promised me a processing fee of 5k charged 10 k, hidden insurance charge which wont be revealed upfront until you see it in disbursement slip. and Bribe to the PNBHFL agent who brings cheques.
