Totally bad home loan processing. No proper calculations, no proper response. Delay in every formality. lots of hidden charges to get end to end processing of loan. You will also be asked for cash payment(Sometimes even 20000 rupees) of processing fees which will reflect nowhere, no receipts( No idea where it goes.?). Will strongly recommend not going for PNB HFL. Instead look for SBI, AXIS, or even LIC Housing Finance is also great option to deal with.
