I would rather give zero star as it is not accepting I need to give 1 star.
I applied for pnb housing for taking my home loan. the bitterest of bitter experience. I had my loan was sanctioned and now they are saying that few more documents are required for disbursal.
which included my friends and relatives bank statements also. as I took some money from them.
although those transactions are reflecting in my statement they dont want to check themselves. and I really dont understand why they want some others statements.
Strictly not recommended. Its my First House and it thought a lot, mainly never go with pnb Housing.
you have an excellent CIBIL Score but its of no use. still u need to submit documents from your educational qualifications, form 16's, relieving letters, appointment letters, bank statements of yours and form whom you got money(even if its your other account, regardless its linking with aadhar / pan).
its waste even to write thing long review. but felt like someone could escape from wrost cornering situations
