If you really want to get cheated and have lots of time and money then only go for home loan from PNB HFL. These people are cheaters and will eat up your time and money like nothing.
I am dealing with Sector 18, Noida branch.
My reasons is given below
First of all they have lots of exclusion in terms of loan. They will not cover Car Parking, Club Membership .... in your home loan. These make loan of less than 70% of total value
They will make you buy third class policy of ICIC Lombard. They tell lie as the policy of 20 years and give you a policy of 5 years. Not all documents are provided to you so that you can test the same
Service is so pathetic that for every demand you have wait in their office for 3-4 hrs to get cheque. No matter how much advance you inform them before coming.
They levy charges for statement, interest certificate, foreclosure statement, list of documents and any other service you ask, there is charge of Rs 550/-
No online service they have and for any thing one has to call their desk to get things done
Overall I had real bad experience
