This is the worst bank with respect to customer services, no guarantee that your EMI will be deducted in time and if you do not remind them you will end up as a defaulter even though it is not your fault
you will not get any response from customer care, or any higher authorities.
Getting rid of the bank once loan is taken is also very difficult. the charges for the certificates required for balance transfer and the time they take to issue the certificates is also very high compared to any other bank, other private banks are providing the same at no cost and in two to three days but these pnbhfl people will take min 15 days to 30 days. You will be go on making rounds to the bank if you take the loan from this bank.
This is the worst service provider.
