We have required a housing finance for renovating our house as we alrady loan in banks we opted for non banking finance PNB housing finance and it was a pathetic experience in this as we have applied for finance they asked us for many documents we gave them all leagal documents and at the time of disburse of loan amount they rejected our application giving a reason of documentation, too much documentation in this finance company and interest rate is very very high comparatively, for us it took 1 month to get loan from them.
