We booked a flight from Chicago to Barcelona. Two weeks before departure we were notified that PIA has cancelled not only that flight but Chicago as a destination.
No substitute flights offered, no refund offered. I called the PIA directly, reservation number they gave does not match our booking. PIA agent told us to give him another booking number. From where? That is the only one we have.
Asked for a full refund, it will take 6-8 weeks for a refund and they will not refund $115 processing fee? So they cancel the fight, abandon the passengers and on top of that punish me $115 because they cancelled my flight? I filed retail fraud report with VISA and now they are investigating PIA.
I regret so much for ever trusting PIA with this important trip I had to take.
