Collection and quality wise it's really good. But staff in Jaynagar branch are worst.
But when it comes to the staff, they are the worst of all! If you are lucky enough there are few people who can attend good but most of them will make sure to steal your mood. It has happened 2 times with me, they have real big problems attending OR talking properly with customers.
First:
We had been to this branch to buy clothes for my friend's engagement. The person whi attended us was not ready to open up a shirt for trials! He was just arguing it's of the same which you tried earlier. After a heated discussion we decided to move out and then a different guy came and handled the situation and opened up the shirt.
Second:
There is a big problem with them to attend a customer. I had been here on 14-April-2017 around 7:30 PM. In the door a person attended me asked what I am looking for.
I was looking for waist coat, He guided me to 2nd floor. Good of him, he completed his job and moved to the entrance back.
I started looking at the collections myself, a worker was standing hardle few steps away from me who didn't even bother to help me.
I was even ready to give an order for stitching but he walked away telling me 3rd floor and there was nobody to attend. I even waited for few minutes and nobody turned up and then I decided to leave.
But I did visit Koramangala branch where the staff was really helpful. They attended me properly, they showed the available materials in case I wanted to customize. They even gave a quotaion. Since I had also shortlisted one at Vanheausen, I decided to go for Vanheausen and the staff didn't mind for that when I told the same. They didn't show any attitude that I am not buying.
