Please tell everyone NOT to use Oxiclean on their carpets, even though they recommend it. It RUINED MY CARPET leaving a very strong yellow cast everywhere and almost rust colored where the minor stains were before. They would not do anything about it but refund my purchase price. They said that I must have used harsh cleaners on my carpet before.
 
The only products I have used are made specifically for carpet cleaning. If Oxiclean is not compatable with normal carpet cleaners they should not recommend it to use on carpets. It is going to cost me almost $3000 to replace my carpet.
 
At first they seemed honest about resolving the problem, but they were just trying to put me off. In the past 2 weeks I’ve met 2 more people who have experienced the same problem just within the same area I live.

I intend on letting everyone know about how Oxiclean and great cleaners has damaged my carpet in hopes they change their policy or at least protect other customers.
