as a share holder of earlier GTB, i am compelled to continue my banking transactions with the now oriental bank of commerce. of late it is noted that this bank is simply following the procedures of any
state government - taluk office system.
the bank after its ride over GTB, continued their practices of GTB, but now it is showing its true colours. the systems are very slow, the ATMs are very very poorly maintaining. none of the transaction slips can be read by any common man. the ribbons in the printers are not changed atall. the print is very poor and also, most of the times the ATMs will not work. some kind of problem or other. i have even reported that currency notes have been kept with celophene tapes. alas, no remedy.

as ususal the investors are at risk all the time. with the money from the investors, the managing people enjoy the fruits. ultimately the investors have been forced to stand in the stincking conditions.

the RBI who is having overall control over the banking industry has also stood towards the OBC.

it is my earnest prayer to all the common public, not to invest in any private banks since, the governement banks may grab the small banks making the investors to cry.

inspite of my repeated requestes, the bank’s atm situated at ramanthapur, hyderabad has not even improved an inch.

most of the times, the atm does not work or works in an erratic manner. i have even lodged a complaint in their official register kept in the atm but the officials have sense even to acknowledge the same.

since, the bank is charging some kind of money towards the usage of atm, is it not their primary duty to rectify the mistakes. many times it is observed that there is no network connectivity or cash is over etc.,

when the services are not on charity basis, is it not worth while to refer their services to the district consumer redressal forum for justice.

atms are kept for emergency purpose and if does not fulfil what is the fun of having an atm nearer to the home?
