The sofa set offered by orange is of very low quality. They do not give u any gurantee card and its only verbal assurance. What they displayed is not being delivered and most probably they wont too.
You are sure to lose peace of mind and u have to go through mental torture. Customer care is full of liars and they are paid to give false promises. They do not have a proper database to maintain the accounts. its all in papers and in few systems.
To my shock, when I went for the refund all they had was an excel sheet from which they maintained the database, even more shocking was each of them had a different copy.
I had purchased sofa set without tv unit and paid the money through credit card. the same day after sometime I thought I would include tv unit as well. so I went and paid through cash for tv unit. but there was no track that I had paid for tv unit except in the slip I had. They had around 5 systems and in one of the system it reflected and some how I got back my money.
Do not go to the show room for refund and you can see only the useless reps and idiots there.
Do not waste time talking to the sales reps as they are only the arrows and bound to give false promises. Talk to the manager level and above.
Now they have started promising saying that they will deliver the t.v. unit and cot at first to avoid cancellation. if you accept this again you will be taken for a ride wherein you cannot even cancel this order. Do not have high hopes on them.
For refund carry the original copy to MG Road and if you are stubborn and dont fall in their trap again you can get your money back. They would say that they will deliver immediately and give full hopes and promises, never ever trust on them. I have seen their manager telling the reps to give some dates what they like to the customers just to avoid them.
If you are smart enough, you can get your money back with interest. I have seen them refunding with interest to the customers after some negotiations.
Even now its not too late. Go and cancel the order in MG Road. Hardly 2 hours work there. Get your refund and buy genuine sofa of your taste and likings.
