I have ordered a Sofa Set and other items on an offer from orange woods on 3rd may and have received nothing till date.. I am very frustrated and wish to get the complete refund. I feel that Orange Woods is not in a position to deliver the Sofa or the other parts of the SET. The Value for Money is neglected when the product is not delivered on time as you buy a product as a need or some requirement you have in mind. And if this is not met at the end of day, you are frustrated. How would you value money then? You rather would not want to have the frustration than buying an expensive without frustration.
The company has no brand value or dignity of its own as the company Orange Woods has not made a business plan before making a promise to its customer. This company will not survive henceforth. Its lack of plain business sense. Orange Woods has started losing its customers now and will not have new customers. The staff is the only good thing Orange woods has who are dealing with customers and take their ire for the management & business's failure.
I am a person who intends to reach out to the customer forum and get these guys pay compensation with the product to the customers for their delay. If they cannot deliver the product, I would suggest that Orange woods refund 110% of the money paid which holds paying 10% extra as compensation for the frustration its customers have gone through for the delay.
